"Mình đặt phòng loại combo kèm dịch vụ jacuzi kiểu Hàn Quốc. Tiền thì thanh toán loại có dịch vụ này nhưng đến nơi khách sạn nói không có. Chả biết lỗi tại khách sạn hay tại expedia nữa."

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

"There was no front entrance. After going through a door, we arrived at a completely dark lobby. We could not check in because there were no one there, no hotel staff and not even a single guest. We waited around for almost half an hour and shouted loudly to attract attention. No responses. We were scared and fortunate enough to call a Grab driver in the middle of nowhere."

"호텔스 닷컴에서 chalet swiss 예약했으나 아마 이미 방이 나간관계로 비슷한 급의 Chalet Mebel?배정받음. 장점 : 저렴한 가격. 산속별장 스타일 익스테리어. 영어는 안되지만 비교적 친절한 느낌직원. (구글번역기 사용) 고맙게도 10시 얼리체크인을 그냥 해줌. 이미 다른식당에서 먹고와서 먹지는 못했지 만 지나가다가 본 바베큐가 괜찮아 보였음. 단점 : 객실관리 상태는 하 (휴지보충, 샴푸보충, 침구류 청결상태 등) (사실 가격때문에 기대는 안함) 목조 건축물 및 주변환경상 곤충이나 벌레가 나올수 있음.
