"The location is absolutely idyllic, the cottage was well maintained. I'd have no hesitation recommending Langbrook if you like quiet and seclusion in a natural setting. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the native birds and other fauna from the patio, particularly one juvenile magpie who camped outside our door to watch for us, then skittered away when we came outside, but not far enough that he couldn't keep an eye on us! Absolutey charming."

Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed. "Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...

"What a beautiful spot to stay when exploring the Yarra Valley. I loved sitting on the porch and watching the Alpacas. We had everything we needed, and even an emergency box of goodies in case we forgot something. Plenty of firewood for the amazing wood heater, clean and very comfortable beds. The host came over to greet us on arrival, and then left us to enjoy our time. I would stay there again, very happy."
