"The staff is outstanding at this beautiful property. We only stayed one night in Bikaner and weren’t expecting much based on some of the negative reviews we read on Trip Advisor before booking. However our experience was outstanding. We were warmly greeted and given two beautiful suites. The floor in our room had just been refinished and was still off-gassing. "New and developing property......staff not well trained."

"Staying at Basant Vihar was the worst experience and staff was rude and not at all co-operative. The breakfast menu was pathetic with no variety and Aloo Bhaji served was of previous day and smelling. When I complained to co-ordinator & manager, there was no polite response from him. After multiple calls, no water was served in the room. I won't recommend this hotel who do not value customer service."
