"The staff was amazing. Clean, neat and the breakfast was wonderful. The receptionist at the restaurant was a fire ball of energy. She did it all and with a smile too. Lovely person. The other staff was amazing too. So polite and friendly, even though many patrons were rude and arrogant they smiled though it all. Good job to all staff and people running this place. "

"Lovely place in a great location - a great find. Service was professional and efficient. Room and bed perfectly comfy and clean. Loved the Voya bath products in the bathroom and nice to have bath/shower choice. Also, restaurant on site has lovely, with nice varied menu. Would be nice to include breakfast with stay as standard and give preference to staying guests for reservations in the restaurant or discount on one night. "

Overall, the service was excellent, and the location made it easy for us to access all of our planned activities in Dublin, including the Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College, and plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. "Everything looked very clean but there was a fairly strong smell of dogs each time we entered the room so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with pet allergies. The host was very friendly and accommodating on breakfast time although we had to leave prior."
