"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "We booked a last minute overnight stay 2 hours before arriving . From arriving at the hotel to be met by luts the standard never dropped ! Exceptional experience and the food in the restaurant was out of this world ! Well done to everyone invoked , we will be back one day !! Just a long way from perth. Australia "

"The staff were friendly and keen to look after you. We had a room upgrade for an extra fee because it was a very quiet time. The town was extremely quiet when we stayed so not many dining options available. It would have been good to have some help with this from reception prior to arrival. Hotel has a lovely position on the Rhein and the village was so pretty and quant. "
