"I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf - Neuss, and while the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, the overall experience was disappointing—especially as a Gold IHG Member. "Decent hotel, great transport links for trains and trams. Quite dated and the air conditioning was poor. The room was like a furnace for the entire time of our stay. The staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast is excellent, if a little expensive."
