We requested a double room and got a twin, and the staff didn’t answer either of my two emails sent inquiring about booking in an airport shuttle for the morning after or whether we had to do anything for a very late arrival (both were easily done once we arrived). Front desk staff did speak English. Value-for-money wasn’t great compared to other places in Poland, but...
