"Cam was amazing and made me feel very welcome. The room is for 1 or a couple and had everything you need. The is no restaurant but the Nags head was a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was very relaxing and delicious. Bow the new poodle was adorable and very entertaining. "

The room is clean and airy (I hate stuffy hotel rooms), bed is comfy, bathroom is excellent, wifi is good, i connected to the tv and watched films while working on my laptop. "What a gem of a place. Beautiful please in a stunning setting. Nothing was too much for the staff here who were always so pleasant and lovely. Food was delicious and the dog loved it. A must place to visit and a must place to stay. "

"Accommodation is in well furnished self catering or modern rooms. This is not a hotel. Access and parking is convoluted and is not ideal for those with mobility problems. Rooms are accessed via a staircase. Room to room noise is evident and Saturday night is lively across the road until midnight. Breakfast is served at the 1176 restaurant and is very good with friendly staff and good locally sourced ingredients. There is nearby street parking for blue badge holders but would not recommend...
