"Hemos llegado muchas veces que vamos a Mérida al Holiday In Expess de La isla. Esta vez nos decepcionó mucho el baño. Al llegar solo había una toalla y en muy malas condiciones. No había ni tapete d baño ni toallas de cada. Pedimos que nos manden toallas y solo nos llegaron el tapete de baño y las toallas de cara. Tuvimos que volver a pedir, y entonces si nos llevaron 2 toallas en buen estado, pero al día siguiente solo había 2 toallas y muy viejas y desgastadas. Es una pena que este hoel vaya...

"Great hotel if you are on a business trip; not for tourists. You are in between the North zone and Centro, along a major street, so easy access if you are traveling both north and south. The BEST thing about this place is the staff, though. They are EXCEPTIONAL!! They've allowed some maintenance to lapse (i.e. the shower ceiling in my room), and they are definitely not using the pool area as a place to sit and chill and relax, as there's almost no seating, just lots of concrete. "Very nice, remote, bumpy road leading to hotel, quiet, beautiful large rooms, oceanview and ocean is about a block from hotel. Nice tropical hideaway to getaway and relax."

El hotel no es barato y los amenities brillan por su ausencia, un simple jabón de manos que hace la función de gel de baño un shampoo y un acondicionador es lo único que hay. El estado de las toallas en la habitacion, spa y piscina es deplorable, la calidad del juego de cama de cálida inferior a lo que uno paga. La piscina fría. Con cosas simples el hotel de una habitación podría tener las 5 estrellas. "

"We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please.
