"Fantastic hotel staff and approach by the hotel to ensure their guests have a good stay and any special occasion gets celebrated. Great location and amazing views of Mt Blanc. Good location with on site parking facilities and spa. Well worn and used rooms but otherwise comfortable save for the lack of A/C on a hot stuffy night. "

"Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again."

"Our room was on the side facing the bus loading area and was quite noisy. Also it was hot. No AC but had to close windows because of noise. On the plus side they had a very nice pool and great restaurant. Also I left a pair if glasses there and they mailed them home."

"A very nice hotel with good food and services. The view is wonderful, the WiFi excellent, the room clean and roomy, the staff very helpful. One major problem: They allowed, every day, 3-4 fifteen passenger vans to block the entire arrival drive. Arriving guests had to walk uphill on a narrow cobblestone drive, with no sidewalk, with all of their luggage, children, etc.. in order to enter the hotel.
