"Mercure Hotels are one of our favourite chains. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable and the breakfasts are always good quality. The two things I would mention is that both regular milk and non-dairy bottles were filled and refilled without cleaning, so were both sour and the coffee wasn't great quality. It's in a great neighbourhood with lots of amenities and 3 Metro lines. "

"Travel led from the US as a 30yr F solo. Hotel was conveniently located, clean, safe, and quiet. The water got hot super quick, outlets in bathroom, spacious room, and laundry room onsite. "If you are a family of 3 just know there is only a sofa bed the size of a twin mattress along with a good sized bed. Room is small, but what threw us off with the bathroom. It's as small as an airplane one, and it's odd that you come out then go into another room where shower and sink is available. It can be convenient if someone is showering that bathroom is still available, but the size was unfortunate. Also be extra specific to staff when ordering a taxi for you or just walk to the Pullman...
