We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. "Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference. Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did...

"Beautiful hotel . The staff are so friendly , helpful amd welcoming . It’s a lovely place to relax around the pool . The beds are so comfortable and the room was very clean . We would not hesitate to stay here again . Highly recommend "
