"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "My room had a great view of the water. There was a balcony, too. Room did not have carpeting which makes it feel cleaner as carpeting holds dirt and dust mites. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.
