"Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. I was on driving trip and hotel parking was easily accessible and ample. Quick and inexpensive taxi ride to Siena center so I did not have to drive there and search for parking. Taxi ride back to hotel was also quick and easy. Breakfast had good selection of food and was tasty. "

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. "Pros:Best hotel hairdryer ever! Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Lovely pool and outdoor facilities if the weather had permitted....Lovely restaurant staff. Be prepared to walk outside a bit to the restaurant, pool, reception and parking. The shower was awkward. Very limited storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. No outlets for charging other than the bathroom. Only one pair of slippers for 2 guests. Basic toiletries. Overall, a gorgeous property. The hotel was 3 star at best with a 3.5...

"This property is in middle of Radda Chianti region, beautiful & mysterious. We loved the landscape around and since we had a car rental were able to visit the San Gimignano & Siena . We eish that we could have stay one more night an enjoy more of this beautiful nature. The propyby itself was beautifully decorated and I loved the vintage feel of that, breakfast was awesome and also we enjoyed one night of spa and relaxing there and one session of message . Very nice and kind spa staff."
