"The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities "

It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. "We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner.
