"The location of this hotel near the Nürburgring Grand Prix track which is perfect for race fans, especially on an event weekend. The hotel has an amazing race theme, and food is great! The only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but otherwise an amazing hotel."

"Schönes, sauerbes Zimmer. Schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Koblenz. Die Saunalandschaft ist toll, hat genug Angebot und sieht ebenfalls sehr gepflegt aus. Preise sind dafür auch in Ordnung. Würde wieder hier buchen."

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size. "They overbooked the hotel and shipped me to a different hotel. Rather than staying in the four star hotel I booked and paid for, I was forced to stay in a one star hostel. Pure bait and switch fraud"

"Wonderful short stay for our family of four. We had the Family Room and it was large by European standards. The family who own and operate the hotel were friendly and always willing to help. The playground area was a wonderful surprise too. Very pleased!"

"The owners and staff were awesome! The breakfast was amazing with made to order eggs and huge selections. The restaurant was impeccable with a wide variety of menu items (food and drinks) plus great service! I would stay here again for our next visit to Germany. "
