"Our check in with Yolanda was excellent. She was so helpful and kind. Our room was not ready as we were early so she arranged to keep our luggage so that we could go out and walk around Alicante. The hotel itself was beautiful and so clean. The rooms were spacious and modern and had a welcomed fridge. Lovely big fluffy towels and a fabulous shower. A super roof terrace that we had drinks on in the evening. Overall a fabulous hotel. "

"Lovely hotel with great staff and decor The only down side was no balcony in the room-in the heat it's always good to have the choice of one. Great location close to the bus station and we didn't mind the few mins walk into town at all as its a lovely walk"

"Beautiful resort. The pool is massive and very clean. The flowers and greenery are well kept. Our two bedroom apartment had a big verandah overlooking the golf course. A taxi was ordered for us for the airport and cost €23, it took about 15 mins drive. The small restaurant was closed for a filming crew but there was a free shuttle to the golf club restaurant which had great food at a good orice"

"The hotel is fine, it had some small renovation /upgrade since last time I was there. The only thing I really dislike is thr strong perfume they use in the reception area. I find way too strong and suffocating. "

"Such a great little hotel!! Staff is super kind and helpful. We loved being right off the main drag and close to the Mercado. Lots of great storage for unpacking all your staff. No big deal but they do not have laundry service as advertised. They recommended a laundry mat up the road that had fast machines so it worked out just fine! "

"Fantastic stay. We were on 3rd floor deluxe room for 5 nights. Self check in with code communicated several days before arrival and very easy to manage. Apartment was spotless and still felt very new. All facilities we needed especially as travelling with 3 year old. Still felt spacious even with sofa bed out. 5-10mins to beach, down the road from loads of restaurants. There was some background street noise until late but we actually got used to this quickly and no trouble sleeping as it was...

"We loved the hotel and location. Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case.
