The hotel staff was able to grant my request to upgrade my bed size and provide a cot for my baby and do an early check-in. Fresh towels and bottled water free each day, we also had our room cleaned every day. Hotel location is very near the kiss wall, Gothic Quarters and Barcelona Cathedral. You can also walk to Paseo de Gracia. Excellent customer service!!! "
