"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and it's a very nice hotel. The room was very large and the food in the restaurant on site was very enjoyable. It's a 3 minute walk to the station and you can be in Zurich in 25 minutes. My only small criticism is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities either in the room or elsewhere in the hotel but would recommend it to others."

And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. "Hotel is centrally located and has parking right in front of the hotel for free for an hour or there is a parking lot a block away that costs about 4 CHF for a day using the EasyPark app which for some reason was about half the cost of paying at the machine. "

When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night.
