"We stayed in the room called wald. Had a lovely stay from the warm welcome with chocolates and wine to the huge bathtub with plenty of amenities. The breakfasts were really beautifully put together and served in room which we liked. We were really grateful for the attentive hosts who even went out of their way to get us decaf coffee when requested. The room was very clean and was much larger than we expected. The views were spectacular from the windows."

"It was inconvenient to have to leave the car in a parking lot and then wait for the bus to bring you to the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was very nice."

"We loved MONDI. Our room was first floor, lake side. We never tired of how beautiful the view was. The room was very clean. Had coffee maker, tea maker, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator but no microwave. Service was wonderful. Walking to the bus wasn’t a problem. However, keep in mind that you can not get a bus or taxi before 7AM. No Uber service. Train station is in Bad Aussee which is a beautiful town near by. (Bus to MONDI is only a 10 minute ride)"

"Spa facilities in a natural setting and very nice rooms. Restaurant was ok but very overpriced- since the location is somewhat isolated it felt like being held hostage for meals. Otherwise everything was perfect."
