Bathroom tile, needs to be replaced and rooms need fresh paint and carpet. Not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 1/2 stars because of old tired rooms."

"I loved the location. So close to the Christmas markets. Only thing, it’s so close that when I arrived, my taxi couldn’t drop me off in front. I had to walk with my luggage about 2-3 blocks. I was exhausted from travel so that was an unpleasant surprise. The room has the toilet separated from the shower and sink which is unusual to me. But comfortable room with great location. "

It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else.
