"First class experience all around. Was able to check in early and the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. On day of departure I left early and the even packed a breakfast to eat on the train back to Prague. An extra bonus - Christmas market was right outside during my entire stay. "Hotel stay was great with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floors, nice decor and service. The breakfast was great and a large variety of options to choose from. My only recommendation for those considering staying here is to make sure and park in the P1 parking lot - you cannot park or drive in the city. From P1 it’s a short 3-5 walk. You will need to walk with your luggage. We did not know that in advance. But would highly recommend as a place to stay in this charming city."
