But the best thing about the Loch Ness Country House is the staff. They were exceptionally warm, charming and helpful. . . including when we unexpectedly had to cut our stay by one night. They would have been perfectly entitled to charge us for the night given that we were only able to give them 24 hour...

"We loved our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. We got in later than check in and Mark the owner still came to greet us and help us with our bags. He was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the black bear hut and it was everything we needed! Definitely small, but we were expecting it to be, and if anything it added to the coziness! The owners thought of everything from snacks, tea, coffee, fresh towels, you name it. The space was so clean, I have nothing bad...

"The room was very spacious and clean. Washer and dryer and full kitchen was wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Location was near a great selection of restaurants and shopping. Parking is free but a bit of a walk. No lift so have to carry bags up the stairs. "
