"Only stayed two nights and it should have been way more! They got me in for a massage and it was fabulous. Pool and facilities are to die for! Hot tub could be hotter. Our room was INCREDIBLE and had a beautiful view of the river!! Absolutely will be booking more BW hotels because we had such a grand time here."

"This property has excellent reviews but I just couldn't give it 5 stars. The radiator in our room didn't work so it was cold when we got there. The cleaning staff were cleaning other rooms and had turned off all the heating on the floors while they worked. After several trips to the bar/reception to try to get the heating in our room going it wasn't resolved so we used a little fan heater. The paintwork is a bit tired and the grout i the shower could use a deep clean. The staff were friendly and...

"Beautiful property in an easy to access location close to Inverness. The room was really spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had a great sleep. The only minor issue I had was the water wasn’t very hot. The shower was warm enough to shower in when turned up to the highest temperature but much cooler than I’d have liked. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again "

The surrounding gardens provide a quiet space to enjoy a Scottish holiday. The rooms are spacious and offer relaxing views of the gardens and the fields beyond. "Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend. "
