"A nice hotel, but not really a 4* which it's advertised as on the hotel sites. Room was clean but a bit empty. Only one elevator of two in service which was annoying at times. Breakfast buffet was good but quickly ran out of certain items like fruit, this should be handled better by the restaurant. "

"I stayed with my girlfriend for a couple of days. The hotel is very nice and well located. The rooms are comfortable, and the building is very well maintained. My only observation would be in regard to the food options. There is only 1 restaurant with a limited Perú menu for lunch and dinner, that’s it. Why would they choose Peruvian food for a hotel in Colombia instead of local food? The only other option is the snack bar which is good but again, it’ll the food options feel very limited. Other...
