We were on the 8th floor by the elevator where there are windows making our room hotter than others we’ve stayed in before. But the kindly brought me a box fan and I was extremely comfortable the rest of the time. We really love this hotel!"

"We booked because of proximity to Dickies Center for a concert. It was a little more expensive than others farther away but I took a shot. WELL worth the extra dough. Facilities absolutely incredible, staff (esp Dane at front desk and valet crew) were amazing. Went with my 14 y/o son who hates showering (if you have had teenage boys you know) but the shower was so nice I got him in it EVERY DAY we were there. Would easily stay here again."

"Hotel was good. The toilet had low flush pressure. I had to hold the handle down so it would fully flush. On our first night the pool was closed for sanitary purposes and was not open until the next day. I would still book again tho. Not enough negativity to stop me from coming back."
