"When I have an overnight layover at DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) airport, the Grand Hyatt is my go-to hotel. It is located at Terminal D, is extremely convenient and very upscale. Everything works, everything is top notch (with one exasperating exception, see below). Granted the Grand Hyatt is pricey, and so I closely monitor prices (which rapidly fluctuate) and grab a good price when available. "The valet service is lacking proper labor management and communication. Multiple times I waited 20 minutes for my car. Even texting the systems “for more convenience”.
