"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. "Very comfortable. Plenty of space in the well designed appartment. Everything easy and to hand both inside and around. The standard of housekeeping is very high and reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. We look forward to visiting again."
