Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"The staff at Lumi were incredible. We loved our cottage. The baby crib was perfect for our 9 month old daughter. We really enjoyed our time there. I feel like they could update their bicycles as they often didn’t have locks that worked for the bikes and some of them needed new brakes. "

The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu. Restaurant served amazing food and even better coffee! Spa treatment's rejuvenating, but be sure to book early!
