"Spectacular views and a great restaurant -- we ate some of the best meals of our trip here. But their Hotels.com listings aren't correct: there is no "Deluxe Room, Valley View" (so we did not get the room we expected), and they do not accept credit cards. The room was enormous and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, though the walls showed signs of age. Loved the ping-pong table and the quick drive to the fort. "

"Rawla Narlai is a hidden gem. Set in a beautiful little village. With the most amazing attention to detail. Views are breath taking. Rooms are stunning and comfortable. "Your property is located at a hill top so you should definitely make driver quarters. Your location of hotel is such that finding a place for guest's driver is difficult. The resort being such a great start resort should definitely have driver quarters."

"A great location and very nice. Limited services at the property. We enjoyed the stay and the nice young team who serviced us. Large room, great sunset and view of the Kumbalgarh fort. If you are not Indian, food options are limited. Mostly vegetarian friendly and of good quality and portions."

"This place is really special, and 1 night is definitely not long enough. We arrived late in the afternoon to a warm welcome and a refreshing drink on the deck - the views are breathtaking. The lodges are so pretty, embroidered with the birds found on the reservoir with sequins and a skylight to the stars. Even the bath boasts the same mesmerising views. "We can't describe in words how much we enjoyed being your guest for two nights. It was lovely spending a day on close by lake safari and another day the train ride through the Aravali. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and generosity. The meals were delicious and served with love, we relished them. And the property is clean, cosy and inviting. The staff were courteous, especially the guide Ishwar is so cheerful and energetic, we enjoyed the safari and train ride with him. Thank you to each and every staff, management and owners of Deogarh Mahal for making our stay memorable."
