"It was our 2nd stay. The hotel ie good for families, great pool and activities for children. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Food is ok for an adult, but definitely not 4*, more like 2* - soups are made from powder, it is basically colored water with, disgusting. Same for desserts and mashed potateos - made from powder not from scratch. There is a children playground - run down and dangerous. Last year it was covered with wasps, this year there were 2 wasps nests and splinters pointing...

"Booked my reservation 25 minutes before arriving. My room was clean and ready for me and my husband, along with sweet little sachets of lavender. "Even before we arrived we already had a positive experience from the hotel. We e mailed them prior to our stay to ask about transport links from Pula airport and they arranged a Taxi for us from the airport (they did tell us how to get there via Public Transport we just opted for the taxi route to the hotel). Our room was lovely, great size and cleaned very regularly with facilities like a Safe and Room Service very easy to use. Food was lovely and the staff were always helpful and very polite....

"Pool und Strand in nur wenigen Metern erreichbar. Leider ist der Strand kein richtiger Strand. Es ist scheinbar ein künstlich aufgeschütteter Sand und deshalb sehr hart und nicht zum liegen geeignet. Von schwimmen ist nicht zu denken, da muss man zunächst einmal viele Meter weit hinein gehen…. Jedoch muss man auch sagen das man sich keine Gedanken bei den Kindern machen muss. Das natürlich auch seine Vorteile hat. Also Im großen und ganzen war es ein toller Familien Urlaub."

"Die Lage ist toll, direkt an einem kleinen Hafen, nicht weit vom Strand und Zentrum entfernt (je 5 min Fußweg). Leider ist die Reinigung eine Katastrophe. Wir haben uns auch beschwert und an dem Abend hat der Chef dann persönlich nochmal nachgeputzt, aber die anderen Tagen waren wieder schlimm. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist einfach, also kein 4**** Standard, aber das war für uns ok. Das Personal ist freundlich, wirkt aber irgendwie etwas...
