"Very near to train station (but not loud, train is end of the line so not passing through traffic). Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk to old town area and great views. Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter. "

"Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare. We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. Arrived at reception and tried to explain why we didn’t vacate before 11:00 to be told that I was wrong and that check out was 11:00 See attached photo as proof. "Amazing view and location. Surrounded by mountains and nature. Every staff member was more than helpful and kind. Every room has a balcony with an amazing view! 10/10 recommend for the service and price. Nice complimentary breakfast bar and the restaurant is open from 5pm-10pm with a wonderful menu. "
