"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. "Three hotels in one, little complicated to find which one your in but turns out they all have same desk just different towers. Its a spa resort, little dated decor. room was little small but good enough. Breakfast buffet was massive and good. "

Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep Thank you "
