"My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"They had both hot breakfast(scrambled eggs,sausage and bacon) and various cold items prepared early in the morning. Room was fitted with a mini bar refrigerator and mini canisters of nuts for very reasonable prices. Coffee was delicious! Water pressure was excellent too."

Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."
