"place in middle of Loire valley; rural area with bugs and greenheads but incredible views, history, architecture, chateaus and so on; all hotel stuff was extremely friendly and nice; very good breakfast; well renovated; we enjoyed every minute there, pool, hamam; didn't have time for spa though... we will come back for sure"

Has to be included in my top ten meals ever, not just art on a plate but what an eating experience. It would be worth driving for hours on end just to eat their again."
