"Room very nice and clean, kitchen equipped. Staff in the front desk was very helpful and friendly; they could be reached out anytime through text and they would answer any questions very quickly, they even made us dinner reservations. The only reason why I am giving 4 starts is because we never received room service. We stayed 12 nights, they were supposed to do room service every seven days but they never did, even though we asked for it and made sure to take out the “do not disturb sign.” I...
