"Very convenient place to stay on arrival at Auckland Airport. Spotless apartment. Kitchen equipment adequate for simple food preparation. Maintenance was an issue: The shower rail was broken and the hose leaked so that water pressure in shower was not adequate. Carpet strips not fastened down properly - a trip hazard."

" We initially encountered a hiccup because the door of our room was jammed and we couldn’t get in. Eventually we were offered a new room and we were upgraded to a different room. Although the new room was clean, there were some cellar spiders around the room. Wasn’t a big deal for us - just thought that they weren’t expecting for that room to be used so it wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. Overall, great experience. Love that it’s very tranquil. Will come back in the future. "

"Lovely stay at Aveda, friendly owners, convenient to everything, nice walk down to the small lake, clean rooms. The unit we were in was quite dark. I understand the beds in the units are for various set ups but if putting two singles together to make a king then a suitable topper would be good so theres no hard bump in the middle. "
