"As it was Xmas I presume the staff were on leave and so the rubbish etc weren’t emptied and there wasn’t anything like bins available so we could dispose of them I guess it’s why our room was invaded with ants luckily it was only in the kitchen walls and floor and kitchen top while there was tea coffee available no milk offered and supply was only for one day else beds were comfy slept soundly and clean facilities "

"The house just didnt feel clean My kids woke up the next morning with itchy bites from sleeping in the bed. The pressure from the shower was piss poor. The whare wasnt aired out before our stay which left a horrible smell. It was cold the only heating we had was a standard plug in heater which didnt heat much area up . Only one 3 seater couch which felt uncleaned . Wouldnt stay here again tbh"
