"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. "The hotel is located on top of the hill and the town, that’s approximately 20 min walk down a well bricked path is sleepy… It is not the hotel’s fault, but nonetheless the town only has a few shops open. Although, I believe most visitors are here for the open market or to hike the castle ruins beside the hotel. Overall, the hotel is excellent.
