"When I arrived and they said booking through Expedia did not reflect in their side and I was waiting for one hour to get the room. I called customer care of Expedia and they talked to hotel reception and they simply mentioned no booking done through Expedia. Then they alloted room for one day only though I booked for two days. "It is definitely the best hotel we could see online on the island but did not realize that it does not have any special window view. While breakfast was okay, I had higher expectations. Overall, I may find similar facilities in one tier lower hotel too. Although being overall good, I don’t think it was the best return for the money. "
