"Everything was good except for the complete lack of air conditioning in the room. The room was a sauna and there was not the options to regulate the temperature from your own thermostat. It was dine by the horel/ city. I had 26 degrees in the room. Not good at all"

"The only complaint is that the room was stifling. We addressed this issue multiple times but without redress. We had to open the windows to get some relief but then it got way too cold. Otherwise, all was well, we were extremely close to the airport though far from the city which was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part and the breakfast was adequate and tasty."

"Great clean hotel with wonderful staff. 5 minute walk to the metro station and only few stops from Duomo. The only thing I didn’t not like is that our room was tiny. May be they have bigger rooms. Do inquire. "
