"This was a newer property with many environmentally friendly amenities - like woodwork through the room, a lack of tacky art and an overall ambience that was sharp yet minimalist. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were eager to please and helped make the start of our trip a perfect one. The downside was a lack of air conditioning. The room could get too hot. Thankfully we were not staying during the heat of summer or it would have been miserable. I wish it had A/C."

"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. "The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"
