Tôi hài long ve cach phục vụ, nhân viên vui vẻ. Riêng về room 624 thì may lanh ko hoat đong, làm tôi thấy nóng nực và ngủ ko ngon giac. Khách sạn nên xem lại hệ thong lạnh và suởi riêng biệt từng fong để ko ảnh hưởng khách lưu trú!"

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. My room was large, clean and had great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, great selection for breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menu had a variety to choose from."

"El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "
