"The service was fantastic. Staff were so friendly. Booked us bikes and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was good, facilities good and great location/parking if you arrived by car."

"The Palace hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, especially with my very limited Italian. Check-in was really quick and easy, same with check-out. The room was spacious and clean, felt modern inside, bed was super comfortable and the whole bathroom was lovely. The view from the balcony was great, across to the mountains in the distance."

"Super hôtel, excellent personnel (multilingue, Italien, Anglais, Français). Parking gratuit (de 19h00 à 8h00) proche et sinon l'hôtel propose un parking souterrain pour 10 €."

"Unrenovated and dirty room smelling of smoke"

"I stayed for business, the hotel is in great condition and the place is very clean. The desk gets to be a bit overcrowded at times. My biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not do much (typical Italian Hotel). It was quite warm and my room was too hot. People are very friendly and I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips outside of Summer."

"Cotton buds on floor, hairs in bed,when I told reception they looked and said nothing,hotel advert said restaurant but it was closed,again receptionist was dismissive and argumentive,there was little communication and when leaving not even a thankyou or goodbye"

"The property is simple but well kept "clean". The staff, a husband and wife do the best they can to accommodate their guests and always wear a smile. They do not speak fluent English but try tirelessly to satisfy the quests. I enjoyed my stay"

"During the current covid restrictions, breakfast is just a bag full of processed food stuff that I really didn’t want fro eat. But beautiful room, and a quite environment. 👍👍"

"Le séjour avait très mal démarré car j’ai acheté un une suite sur Hotel.com. A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. "
