"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is compared to others in this price point. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the area is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious and my over all experience is wonderful. Taxis come by every few minutes so it’s easy to get around the city. It’s ver close to Abdali mall which I highly recommend everyone goes too when coming to Amman."

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. "The incredible staff make this hotel a 10/10! We booked an airport pickup/drop-off service for an additional charge, and it was absolutely worth it. "We loved our stay at AlQasr. The staff were well trained, professional and polite. The breakfast was good with options though the cold cut were kind of old and dry. The kitchen was open for personal style fried eggs if requested. Clean and quiet. Rooms tend to be business hotel style with size and furniture, but clean and comfy bedding.
