"Well folks, it all depends upon your perspective, what you are used to, and what you are using the room for. This IS a MOTEL, and they were popular when I was a kid back in the 60/70s, so I felt like I was going back in time. the rooms were ALL wood, and therefore rather DARK (room 27) The interior desecrator should have used a lighter bedspread for certain and a little lighter carpet would have helped.
