"Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood.
