"The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The room was cozy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were in town so my daughter and her friend could attend a concert at the Xcel Energy Center. We were able to walk the entire way using the skyway. There were even printed directions to and from the venue and hotel as well as a map that was extremely helpful. "There was not enough front desk staff…over a three day weekend and at least 10 attempts to stop by and talk to staff there was always at least 6 or more people in line. We booked thru Expedia and despite photos on our specific reservation photo showing a couch in our room there was not one. Reminder that Expedia is not always accurate (which has happened multiple times to me-hotels always just blame Expedia)"
