"Staff are great, Lukas was very welcoming. Unfortunately the hotel is tired and old. The sauna wasn't on when we visited. The carpet in the room wasn't nice. We checked out 3 days early. The hotel were kind enough to allow us to leave without charge."

All the lady at reception could offer was the remark that they could of course not leave the hotel empty when a party takes place. Also a minibar was missing in the room.
