Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...

"Das Hotel ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich und liest Einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Man fühlt sich wahrlich herzlich willkommen und das in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre und herrlicher Natur. Wer Idylle und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Das Essen im Hotel war auch gut, wenn auch die Auswahl an warmen Speisen etwas zu wenig war und ich mir auch etwas traditionellere Gerichte gewünscht hätte.
