"Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare. We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. Arrived at reception and tried to explain why we didn’t vacate before 11:00 to be told that I was wrong and that check out was 11:00 See attached photo as proof. "Das Hotel ist sehr schick, modern, idyllisch im Grünen gelegen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und bietet alles was üblich ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist neu und chic. Das Hotel ist sehr nachhaltig unterwegs, heizt leider die Zimmer nicht vor, daher sollte man nach dem Eintreffen die Heizung starten um dann nicht im kühlen nächtigen zu müssen. Nur aus diesem Grund muss ich der Bank einen Abzug in der Wertung machen."

"Nice, old hotel. Decent free breakfast. Dinner was a bit “stuffy” for my tastes but the tables were busy so it must be good. Luggage storage behind the front desk was no problem at all when we asked if we could leave our bags and walk around town. "

"Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great. "

"Stayed here two years ago. Just feels like it has run down a bit. Had a problem with a waiter and spoke to manager about it. Not with complaining attitude but so he would know. I’d want to know if I was mgr. not much in the way of apology… maybe the waiter was the owner’s nephew? Just. Didn’t have an overall feel of service."

"Hatten als Familie eine Superior-Suite, die wirklich sehr gut war. Sauber und modern eingerichtet. In den oberen Schlafraum geht es über eine Wendeltreppe, das sollte man wissen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut, auch der Wellness Bereich hat den Kindern und uns gut gefallen. Also alles in allem Top Aufenthalt."

"This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). We will certainly be back here."
