"Positives: great location, good food options even for vegetarians, staff in the hotel were very helpful. Shuttle bus (free) takes you into the main resort coming frequently in both directions. Ski lift opposite hotel for non beginner skier as it’s a green run. You can also hire all your ski equipment from the hotel as they have both a ski shore shop and ski lockers /drying rooms for your gear. Negative: poor communication when booking hotel in the uk and trying to get a response from them...

"This property is great value for money and is really close to thebest lifts in Alp d’Huez. For the cost it is really smart and the breakfast was excellent. Staff all really niceand helpful. €20 to use the spa which we were happy paying. Only advice is to get a room at the backof the property as the frontis quite noisey."

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes. "Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block. Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in. Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after."
